Monroe Central’s junior varsity football team improved to 4-1 Monday night with an 18-0 victory over Union County.
Sophomore QB Logan Patterson had passing touchdowns to sophomores Malcom Armour and Braden Case.
“The defense also played well forcing multiple turnovers and scoring a safety early in the second half,” said coach Ben Robinson.
Union County also came into the game with only one loss this season.
Monroe Central will wind up their season next Monday when they host Northeastern at 6:30 p.m.
