Boys Freshman Basketball · C team rally falls short against Northeastern

Monroe Central rallied back from a double-digit deficit Monday night, but ran out of time in a 41-37 loss to Northeastern in their season opener

The Bears fell behind early and trailed by as many as 11 points. The Bears made a late fourth quarter run cutting the lead to three,  but ran out of time to complete the come back.

Landan Patterson led the Bears in scoring with 14 points. Caden Shumaker added 7, Mason Merchand chipped in 6, and Bryce Deckman and Braden Case each had 5 points.
