Boys Varsity Track · Bears sweep Daleville, Seton; prepare for MEC, County

The Monroe Central boys track team completed their regular season schedule last evening by defeating Daleville and Seton Catholic.

The Bears finish the regular dual season with a 7-4 record which is the sixth consecutive winning record.

Outstanding performers last night for the Bears were:

Senior Nick Mitchell won the 110 and 300 hurdles and was on the winning 4×100 and 4×400 relays.

Junior Kamron Caldwell won the Long Jump, 100m Dash, led off the 4×100 relay and placed second in the high jump.

Sophomore Noel Childress won the high jump.

Senior Kobe brown won the Shot.

Junior Conner Miller won the 1600 and 3200 m runs.

The Bears will compete in the Randolph County meet Thursday at Union City.
