Monroe Central captured the girls track County title Thursday night, while senior Aubrey Norris broken her own school record in the mile.
MC took the title with 99 points edging Winchester who had 89 points. Randolph Southern had 50 points, Uniion City was 4th at 35, and Union had 21.
Norris broke her school record in the 1600 with a second place time of 5:33.87 and placed second in the 3200 m run and third in the 800 m run.
Senior Marrisa Huddleston took first in the 100 and 300 hurdles, and anchored the wining 4 x 400 Relay team of Bailey Duncan, Norris and Gabby Beckham.
Freshman Katana Bracero won both the 100 and 200 m dashes.
Sophomore Gabby Beckham ran a personal best in the 1600 with a time of 5:44 finishing 4th and placed second in the 400 m race.
The Lady Bears will compete in the MEC meet Tuesday at Monroe Central at 5 p.m.
