Monroe Central retained possession the Randolph County Traveling Key on Thursday night, defeating Randolph Southern 55-33. The Bears took an 8 point lead into the half and was able to push that lead up to 20 points at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Lady Bears were led by Abe Ervin, who scored a game high 25 points and 6 assists. Brynlee Patterson followed with 14 points and 4 rebounds. Monroe Central is now 4-1 on the season and will host the Northeastern Knights on Saturday 11/29 in Bear Den. Go Bears!
