7th Grade: Monroe Central earned a solid 42–22 win over Hagerstown, overcoming a slow first half with a dominant finish. After struggling to find rhythm early, the Golden Bears tightened up defensively and turned up the pressure in the fourth quarter, forcing turnovers and creating easy scoring opportunities. That late surge helped them break the game open and secure a convincing victory, showing resilience and the ability to close strong when it mattered most. 8th Grade: The 8th grade Golden Bears went on the road to Hagerstown. The Bears lost 49–15. Their pressure and pace put us on our heels early, and we struggled to finish offensively. Despite the score, our guys kept competing.
