Monroe Central

7th Grade: Monroe Central earned a 59–18 win over Lincoln, with contributions coming from the entire roster. The team played unselfish basketball on both ends of the floor, maintaining steady energy throughout the game and building the lead through balanced scoring and solid defense. 8th Grade: The Golden Bears went on the road to Lincoln. The team came out strong going into halftime up 36-13. The Bears had a solid second half and were able to win 43-23. The Bears were led in scoring by Leum Butler with 14. He was followed by Knox Myers with 13 and Lleyton Redmon with 9.
