The Varsity Golden Bears were back in action Saturday night vs. the Hagerstown Tigers. This was a hard fought game all the way to the end. The Tigers lead 16-12 at the end of the first quarter. The Golden Bears went into halftime leading 34-28. The game was tied 53-53 at the end of third quarter. The Golden Bears dug in and ground out the fourth quarter to walk away with win 77-73. All team members provided crucial contributions. Team scores are as follows: Ta’Shaun Beatty- 25; Luke Morgan- 22; Jackson Konkle- 17; Eli Friend 6; Griffin Gannom- 4; Peyton Chamness- 3. The Golden Bears will look to pick up their second home win in the Bear Den Tuesday against the Northeastern Knights. Go Bears!
