The C-Team Golden Bears battled it out in the Bear Den Wednesday night against the Union County Patriots. The Golden Bears started slow trailing 10-4 at the end of the first quarter. The Golden Bears were able to cut the Patriots lead slightly in the second quarter trailing 20-16 at halftime. The Golden Bears came out quick to start the third quarter but were unable to stop the run that the patriots would make and trailed 38-31 at the end of the third quarter. The Golden Bears fought hard the fourth quarter but fell short to the patriots with a final score of 52-48. Team Scores are as follows: Braylynn Hunt- 8; Collin Baker- 8; Corbon Griffey- 7; Alex Middleton- 7; Ayden Wiles- 7; Matt Constant- 6; Austin Navarro- 2; Carson Cruze- 2; Dallas Frantz - 1. The Golden Bears will be back in action Monday January 19th in the Bear Den vs. Eastern Hancock. Go Bears!
