7th Grade: Monroe Central fell to Delta 42–23 in a hard-fought contest. The team showed grit and determination throughout, battling to the final whistle, but ultimately couldn’t overcome Delta down the stretch 8th Grade: The Golden Bears went on the road to Delta for a Wednesday night game. The team had a decent start but a run at the end of the second quarter put Delta up 16-8 at halftime. The Bears played hard in the second half but the opposing eagles went on a big run to make the deficit too large beating the bears by a score of 43-16.
