The Golden Bears squared off against the Randolph Southern Rebels in the Sectional 56 Semifinals. The Golden Bears grabbed the lead in the first quarter 20-12. The Golden Bears extended their lead through the second quarter leading 40-25 at halftime. The Golden Bears maintained the lead through the third quarter leading 51-36 at the end. The Rebels mounted a comeback in the fourth quarter but the Golden Bears snuffed it out and won with a final score of 69-60. Team scores are as follows: Ta’Shaun Beatty- 27; Luke Morgan- 23; LaDainian Isom- 7; Eli Friend- 6; Jackson Konkle- 4; Peyton Chamness- 2. The Golden Bears move on to the sectional championship game.
