Monroe Central picked up their first win of the season on the road at Daleville. The Lady Bears won the game, 56-27, improving their record to 1-1 on the season. The Lady Bears had 7 players enter the scoring column, lead by Sydney Patterson with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Kimber Abshear added 13 points and 6 rebounds. Monroe Central returns to action on Saturday at home against Muncie Burris for 12 noon tip-off.
