The girls' and boys' cross-country teams competed in the Wapahani Invite on Saturday. The girls' team came out as the invitational champions. Avery Thomas led the girls' placing 5th. Katie Osborne, Karly Puckett, and Addison Coe rounded out the top ten placing 6th, 9th, and 10th. Addy Puckett, Mackenzie Pryor, and Gracie Baker also ran well. The boys' team placed 2nd. Caden Landis led the boy's placing 7th. Lane Dance, Eli Chamberlain, Nathan Daniels, Hayden Taylor, and Zayne Sampley also ran well for the boys. The teams will be back in action tomorrow at home for senior night starting at 5 p.m.
