JH Boys and Girls XC finish 1st place in Mid-Eastern Conference Meet

The MC Jr High Cross Country teams are again MEC Champions! Both the Boys and the Girls teams came out on top in the 10 school Mid-Eastern Conference. The Girls team finished the season with a record of 56-2 and the Boys team ended at 65-10. Two amazing seasons! Aberee Ervin was the Girls MEC winner with a time of 12:02. She was followed by Abby Thomas and Brylie Tinsman in 4th and 5th. Andi Watson ran well to come in 12th, followed by Brynlee Patterson in 15th place. Lillie Moery ran a personal best time, coming in 22nd. Oaklie Davis finished out the top 7 in 29th place. Brynlee Dumpert came in 31st, Ailey Moon in 34th, and Megan DeVoss in 41st place. Makayla Daniels and Charlee Morris finished 45th and 48th. Mila Morris battled a health issue, still finishing in 52nd place. Haidyn Dumpert ran well, finishing 66th. Jackson Wines ran well to finish in 3rd place overall. Jed Ferguson got another PR, coming in 5th. Alexander Coe finished 8th followed by Zadok Lloyd in 10th. Wyatt Daniels ran his PR time, coming in 13th. Stephen Stockwell finished 32nd followed by Ashton Dance in 39th. Braxton Gamber, Devon Baker, and Noah Moery had great races, finishing in 64th, 65th, and 68th places.
