The girls team won the Wapahani XC Invite. Avery Thomas (21:28) led the way with a 5th place finish, with Andy Watson (21:34) right behind her in 6th place. Abby Thomas (22:42) placed 9th, Addison Puckett (23:37) placed 15th, Ailey Moon (24:25) placed 19th, Alivia Arvin (25:56) placed 26th, and Ava Phelps (28:28) placed 33rd. The boys team placed 4th behind Wabash (1st), Wapahani (2nd), and Muncie Central (3rd). Lane Dance (17:58) led the way with a 10th place finish. Alexander Coe (19:19) placed 21st, Jackson Wines (19:39) placed 24th, Zadok Llloyd (20:15) placed 29th, Stephen Stockwell (20:35) placed 33rd, and Noah Moery (23:28) placed 53rd. The teams are back in action on Saturday, September 7th at the Marion Invitational at the Indiana Wesleyan Cross Country Course. The boys run at 9:00am, and the girls run at 9:30am.
