Our Junior Varsity Lady Golden Bears went and participated in a JV Invite at Muncie Central on Saturday 9/7/24. They started out strong and won their first match against Marion with score of 20-25, 25-20, 15-6. They went into their second match against Muncie Central and continued strong but came up just short in the 3rd set with scores of 19-25, 25-21, 14-16. Their final match of the day was again Greenfield Central and although there were some good moments for sure our Lady Golden Bears just weren't able to come out victorious on this one with scores of 15-25 and 11-25. Overall, it was a day of good match play with several players standing out at different times throughout the day. The JV and Varsity Golden Bears will be back in action Tuesday (9/10/24) as they travel to Winchester. JV is slated to start at 6:00pm.
