The Jr High Cross Country teams ran in the Randolph County meet on Tuesday in Union City. The Girls team earned 3rd place and the Boys team are the County Champs! Adrin Milhollin was the Randolph County Jr High Boys Champion, finishing 1st place and 15 seconds ahead of the 2nd place runner. Ashton Dance had a great race, finishing 3rd. Devin Baker, Liam Brown, and Will Hinshaw sealed the deal by coming in 11th, 12th, and 13th. Avan Johnson and Braxton Wright completed the top 7. This is the at least 13th consecutive win for the MC Jr High Boys. Mila Morris lead the Girls team, finishing in 11th. Brynlee Dumpert wasn't far behind in 14th place. Scarlett Davis, Ada Wagner, and Caroline Hinshaw finished 17th, 18th, and 19th. Jovie Dunlap was 20th and Evelynn Stockwell finished the top 7 in 23rd place. Great job Girls! The teams will run in their last meet of the season at the MEC meet on Saturday. The meet is hosted by Monroe Central and starts at 10am.
