The Jr High Cross Country teams finished up their season this morning by hosting the Mid Eastern Conference Meet. The Girls team finished 4th and the Boys were 5th out of the 10 schools in the conference. Aubree Case lead the Girls team, running her PR time and finishing 13th. The pack of Brynlee Dumpert (19th), Ada Wagner (20th) and Scarlett Davis (21st) wasn't far behind. Caroline Hinshaw also had her season best time, finishing 28th. Avery Kehoe finished 36th and Madolynn Fortriede 44th. Jovie Dunlap (33rd) and Evelynn Stockwell's (46th) hard work paid off today with PR times for them as well. Adrin Milhollin completed a great season with a PR and a 15th place finish. Ashton Dance was close behind at 20th place. Devin Baker finished his Jr High career with a PR time and finished 24th. Will Hinshaw (40th), Liam Brown (53rd), Avan Johnson (68th), Braxton Wright (71st), and Asher Johnson (91st) all ran strong races. Caleb Bailey (61st), Landon Baker (87th), and Levi Bailey (92nd) all earned PRs times also. The Bears have had a great season with much improvement accomplished by all the runners. The coaches would like to congratulate the kids on working hard to reach many goals, thank the parents for their help at meets and throughout the season, and thank Mr. Veatch and Mr. Parkison for their support and encouragement all season long.
