Varsity Girls Basketball falls to Northeastern

The Lady Bears traveled to Northeastern on Saturday afternoon and suffered a 50-35 defeat. Monroe Central is now 4-2 on the season and will host Union City at home on Wednesday night. Abe Ervin lead the Bears with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Maleigh Ervin followed with 12 points and 4 rebounds. Monroe Central looks to bounce back strong this week with two Randolph County matchups against Union City and Winchester.
