Your lady Golden Bears grappled their way to a 26th place finish out of 43 teams in a 2 day battle at Columbia City. Sophomore Melissa Rice battled and showed great improvement surviving until the 3 round. Sophomore Raegan Quattlebaum turned a corner going 4-2 and finishing 4th out of 32 behind the states top 3 ranked girls at 130. Following closely and continuing on her impressive season Sophomore Chelsea Erwin ran her season record to 11-3 going 5-2 and finishing 7th out of 32. Your Lady Golden Bears are back in action Tuesday the 3rd at Muncie Central.
