7th Grade: 7th grade boys came out strong and were up 23-6 at halftime. Blue River tried to make a comeback in the second half but the Golden Bears held them off and won the game 38-23. Leum Butler lead all scorers with 23 points. Parker Morris, Knox Myers, Liam Whitehead, Lleyton Redmon, Ashton Dance, and Elijah Keeley all contributed in scoring. 8th Grade: The Golden Bears went on the road to Blue River for their 3rd game of the week. The Bears came out of the gates strong and went into halftime up 27-8. The boys kept up this play in the second half to win 48-21. The boys played great defense and rebounded the ball very well. They were led by Miles Gross with 22 points. He was followed by Braylynn Hunt with 12.
