The 8th Grade Lady Bears hosted Cowan in the Bear Den on Monday evening and defeated the Blackhawks 21-15 and improving their record to 8-1. Lucy Huston got the Bears off to a quick start, scoring all 6 of her points in the first quarter. Mati McConnell led all scorers with 7. Gracie McCreery, Ada Wagner, Lillie Moery and Mila Morris each added 2 points. Bristol Goad and Arrianna Carroll both played tough defense and made hustle plays throughout the game. The Lady Bears play host to Delta on Wednesday evening, GO BEARS!!!
