The MC Jr High Track teams had a great start to their season on Wednesday with a home meet against Selma Middle School. The Girls team finished 1st with a score of 59-41 and the Boys came in second at 17-83. Top finishes for the meet were as follows: Ada Wagner: 1st in 100 hurdles, 3rd in 400 M, 3rd in Long Jump Landry Taylor: 1st in 100 M, 1st in 400 M, 1st in 200 M, 1st in Long Jump Lillie Moery: 1st in 1600 M, 2nd in High Jump Mila Morris: 1st in 800 M, 1st in High Jump Anna Wines: 1st in Shot Put Mati McConnell: 2nd in Long Jump, 3rd in 100 hurdles Brynlee Dumpert: 2nd in 1600 M Ashton Baldwin: 3rd in Discus Carson Brown: 2nd in 110 hurdles, 3rd in 400 M, 2nd in Shot Put Clay Oren: 3rd in 100 M, 3rd in High Jump Ashton Dance: 3rd in 1600 M, 3rd in 800 M Jackson Ponder 2nd in 800 M The teams run next on Thursday evening at Blackford Jr/Sr High School.
