Northeastern Varsity Knights added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Jocelyn Allen doubled to center field, and Monroe Central Varsity Bears committed an error, each scoring one run. Makayla Hopkins earned the win for Northeastern Varsity Knights. The starter allowed three hits and one run over five innings, striking out six and walking none.
