The Lady Bears Golf Team surprised many people on Saturday at the golf sectional by placing 2nd. Yorktown edged the Bears by 13 strokes. The is the first time in school history that the girls golf team has had a team advance to golf regionals. Lucy Huston (76)PR is the Sectional Champion and Charlee Morris was runner up (78) PR. It was a great day to be a Bear! Other scores: Aberee Ervin: 89 Callie Rowe: 95 PR The girls will play in the Lapel Regional next Saturday at Edgewood Golf Club.
