MC, Hagerstown battle to 0-0 tie

Hagerstown visited Monroe Central Wednesday evening for a junior high football battle. The 8th grade game was a hard fought defensive game resulting in a tie of 0-0. 3 Lady Bears named All-County

Alumni BBQ set for 9-11 football game

MCHS Alumni will host a barbecue before the football game against Union City on Friday, September 11th.  A sandwich with chips and a drink will cost $5. Wick’s donated pies and so we have that also! There will be an opportunity to “Feed a Bear” – the other team is buying meals for all their team

The girls and boys cross country teams participated a four way meet tonight at Cowan. Monroe Central played very tough competition in the Plymouth Powerball tournament last weekend. The Lady Bears were without the services of one starter and Katarina DiBiasio was injured in the second game and sat out the day.
