7th grade Lady Bears win East Jay Invitational

Monroe Central competed in the East Jay Invitational, and came away with a pair of wins and a championship. The 7th grade Lady Bears defeated Yorktown in the semi-finals, 28-14, as Catherine Duncan led the team with 13 points. MC took the title over the hosts in the championship game by a score of 20-15.
