JV Ladies win season opener over Cowan, 53-27

Monroe Central’s girls basketball program is all over the map this summer – literally. Coming off a 24-3 year with county, conference, and sectional titles, the Lady Bears have played several larger schools and some very talented teams. On June 2, MC played at Ohio Dominican where they finished 2-1 playing Eastmoor Academy, Beavercreek and Waterford.

Monroe Central had 3 girls recently participate in the 6th annual Indiana Elite North-South All-Star games at Lebanon High School.
